Outlook Error 0x800ccc79: Unable to send email

Can somebody help me please with this error 0x800CCC79?

What is it an how can i fix it?

Make Sure that SMTP outgoing mail server details are given correct .
Have you checked the outgoing server Port which is should be correct. Generally, 550 – Access Denied 0x8000ccc78 error occurs because of the mind spring Simple mail transfer protocol is not available for the outgoing mails. Mind spring SMTP accesses the server to send the mails unless you are connected to the internet.
The resolution for this can be open the Thunderbird and
click on Accounts
Go to Mail tab and click ADD and then click Mail.
After the Internet connects wizard opens follow the instructions and enter the relevant data of the account type.
Or else go to Servers tab and replace the mind spring SMTP server with any other third party SMTP server.

Below are the resolution related To: 0x800CCC79
This is caused by an invalid email address stock in your outbox. This message can't go out because you are sending the message to an invalid email address.
You need to restart the computer
And disable any Firewall or Antivirus software installed
Check the email address to make sure the email address of the recipient is correct, retype mail address if possible
Try Test sending email using webmail to the same email address
If everything fails, except webmail then recreate the mail account in mail client
