Hello friends,

I am experiencing a terrific problem with Microsoft Office Outlook. I have this error only after adding the mobile service to Outlook. I tried to run the update for it, but no luck still I am getting this same error. I am not sure whether this is not compatible with this software. Please help me to resolve this error. Thanks.

 

Outlook experienced a serious problem with the ‘microsoft outlook mobile service’ add-in. if you have seen this message multiple times, you should disable this add-in and check to see if an update is available. Do you want to disable this add-in?

Outlook experienced a problem with the Microsoft Outlool Mobile Service

Hello,

This Outlook add-in is making Outlook jammed so this error is appearing. You have to disable or remove this problematic add-in to solve this issue.

To remove the add-in,

1. Open Outlook.
2. Go to “Tools” tab >> Trust Center.
3. From the left pane, select “Add-ins”.
4. Select “COM Add-ins” from the drop-down menu at the bottom >> press “Go”.
5. Select “microsoft outlook mobile service” add-in and press “Remove”.
6. Press “OK” to complete removing.
7. Restart Outlook.

Now, the add-in won’t bother you again.
