Outlook Express is having problems
The error 0x800CCC0B is common when attempting to send your first email to 3rd party services like Gmail through Outlook Express. This issue will only occur when sending emails but you can still receive mails without getting any issues. This is because your email provider doesn't allow your email messages to be sent through SMTP without the server authentication. To fix this, please do the following steps below:
1. Open your Outlook Express and go to Tools and click on Accounts.
2. Choose the account that you are using. It should be the account that is encountering the error and then click Properties.
3. Go to the Servers tab and tick the "My server requires authentication" check box and then click OK.
4. Then, try sending an email by clicking on the Send/Receive Button.
