I am facing the problem that my Outlook is not printing the body text of my E-mails. I am using XP Service Pack 3 and Internet Explorer 8. I have also installed Mozilla but the problem is still there. Can anyone help me in this matter?
Outlook is not printing body text of E-mails
Try these suggestions:
-
Open up Internet Options in IE by going to Tools
-
Go to the advance tab and look for Reset Internet Explorer settings
-
Click on Reset
-
Restart your system and test Outlook
Another method:
-
Open Outlook, go to Tools and then Options
-
Look for Preferences, click on Email Options
-
Uncheck the box that says Read All Standard Mail in Plain Text
-
Click Ok
-
Look for Mail Format next, put a check on the box that says "Use MS Office Word 2003 to Read Rich Text Email Messages"
-
Restart and test Outlook
Using IE 8 sometimes can cause Outlook printing issues, so another method is to downgrade to IE7. Before you uninstall IE 8, make sure you get the installer for IE7 first. Try to look for it in this website: http://www.oldversion.com. You can remove IE 8 by going to Add/Remove Programs in Control Panel. Run the IE7 installer and it should change your IE version to 7. Test Outlook.
Good luck hope that helps!

Outlook is not printing body text of E-mails
Hi,
Actually outlook express is not the issue while printing. Neither your windows XP service pack is related to outlook express printing. Microsoft office is the program that is more concerned with the printing. So go to Microsoft website and Download Ms Office 2003 service pack 3 and install it on your pc. Now all printing options will be available in outlook express.
Another solution is the Ms Word to PDF converter. You can download any free Ms Word to PDF converter and install it on your pc. Now open and email you want to print. When you will click on printing option it will ask you to save the document. Save your document and open it from there. Now you can print anything from this PDF file.
