The set up wizard for Outlook is coming.
We are not able to track the reason for that.
It is happening when there are no other MS-Office programs running.
Sometimes it takes a long time before pop showing up on the screen and sometimes it shows up after a shorter time.
We don’t want to use the Outlook and so don’t want to install the same.
Whenever it comes I always click on the cancel button.
I am connecting this system through remote desktop facility of Windows.
My OS is Windows 7 Professional Service Pack 1 and is installed Office 2010.
If anybody knows the solution to solving this, please help me.
I will be thankful for all your help.

Considering that you do not like using Outlook and have no plans of installing a same application, the best solution I think is to uninstall the application.Â
Knowing that you are using Windows 7, you can uninstall the Outlook 2010 by clicking Start, and then click Control Panel.Â
In the Control Panel, in the Program section, click Uninstall a program.Â
Then click Business Contact Manager for Microsoft Outlook 2010.
Then Click Uninstall/Change, and then follow the instructions that appears on your screen.Â
