Hello everyone,
I would like to send group emails. My contacts are located in Outlook. However, I cannot send group emails through Outlook. I tried to solve this by using mail merge with MS Word. However, whenever I do this, a pop-up appears for each contact and I need to click 'yes'.
This is very tedious. Can anyone help me send group mails through Outlook or if not, how do I make the pop-up disappear?
Outlook suppress the security yes feature
Hello Yahir Trey,
May I suggest you to create a mailing list on outlook express before sending group email. You set up a mailing list on outlook, just do the following:
-
From the menu in outlook express choose tools then address book.
-
From the address book menu, choose file and new group.
-
Type in the name of your mailing list in the group name field.
-
Click OK.
Keep in mind that there are limitations of the number of recipients which you are going to send an email but this is really depend on your email provider. You can send to as low as 25 email addresses for every message. For more information, you can check out this link https://www.lifewire.com/email-messaging-tips-tricks-4102667
