Outlook Web Access getting unexpected error

When using Outlook Web Access, I get this error message “Microsoft Exchange issued an unexpected response (500)” any suggestions of how to fix this?

Outlook Web Access getting unexpected error

Hello,

After researching about your issue I found this two solutions that might be helpful for you. Download updates for Exchange Server, you can found on this website: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=20935  If that doesn’t work than you should try fixing your issue with Outlook Web Access with rebooting your Client Access Server or restarting back-end mailbox IS.
