If logging off and restarting Paltalk didn’t help solve the issue, try reinstalling the client. Uninstall Paltalk then click Start, All Programs, Accessories, System Tools, and select Disk Cleanup. Select drive C and click OK. Check “Temporary files” and click OK. Wait until it is finished and restart your computer. Run your installer again to install Paltalk and see if you can login.

If this is not successful, maybe it’s time to upgrade the client. Visit Paltalk Video Chat Rooms and download the latest version of the client. Once downloaded, uninstall the version currently installed on your computer and restart your machine. Next, run the newly downloaded installer to install the latest version of Paltalk.
