Hi Joan,
This issue might due to unregistered scrrun.dll file. Try following these steps:
-
From the desktop, click Start, then click Run.
-
Type "cmd" into the open typing pane.
-
Then type this line: regsvr32 scrrun.dll (This will register the file scrrun.dll).
-
Wait for the confirmation message for the registration then that's it.
Hope it'll help.

Hi Joan D Vogt,
If Howell Jessica's solution doesn't work for you. Try this simple and easy steps for your issue.
1. The first thing you need to do is to download the Microsoft Program Install and Uninstall Troubleshooter. And wait until the downloading process finished.
2. When the downloading process completed, open or run the application.
3. And after that just follow the on screen prompts.
Â
That's it. Hope you can solve your issue now.
