Partition Issues in Solaris of ZFS system

Hello,

I have an issue with partition in Solaris since it only allows one partition. I think this might be a limitation of “ZFS” system that Solaris uses for the purpose of managing the disk files on the system in the form of virtual RAID.

These screens appear:

There must be only one Solaris partition.

Change the extra Solaris partitions to another type.

Close

I changed the setting to only one partition but in that case the installation failed.

Kindly help me.

Partition Issues in Solaris of ZFS system

This problem is a big problem. You must solve it very carefully. If you don’t want to take any risk please contact to any expert.

If you want do this, at first you must download Aomei Partition Assistant 4.0.

 

This is not a freeware software, but can do your task by a demo version. First install this software and run it, you will see this window…..

 

 

By this software you can Resize partition, Move partition, Merge partition, Spit partition, Copy partition, Delete partition, Format partition,

 

Change drive latter and so more task. This is so easy to do. Just drag and adjust the volume that you want. Now I think you can do this easily.
