Hello,

The following error message displayed parsing the element located near line line_number and column. You can see the full error image so please assist me to resolve this problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Paste Error

The ‘Policy’ start tag on line 110 does not match the end tag of ‘policies’. Line 430, position 12.

Paste Error: parsing an element is failed

Resolution 1:

You are getting that error because you are probably running two different FFS versions on your system. You will need therefore need to check your Windows registry "HKLM SoftwareClasses.ffs_batch"  and find out where the old version is installed.

Resolution 2:

If there is any folder with FFS but it has not been installed, copy it from the installation that has it. You can also use a new batch file on it in case you are installing it as a new program.
