Google music is not accepting my payment when I am trying to get a subscription. Whenever I try to get a subscription by making a payment it is saying that payment has been declined or cannot be processed. What should I do?

1. Try deleting all the payment methods of Google Payments and re-enter the information again. Make sure the information about the card that you have entered is correct, or try another payment method. Check whether your card is working everywhere. If it is not working only with the Play Store, try contacting your bank or google to find out what the issue is.
2. Try restarting the Play Store app. To do this, you have to go to the Applications or Apps or Application manager depending on the device in the settings menu. Then find the Google Play Store. Click on it and then tap Force stop. Then click Storage>Clear Cache and then Clear Data. On some devices, you may find the “Storage and USB” in the settings menu. Now try making the payment.
