PC froze after I tried to send email using my hotmail account

Hi,

My PC had issues, and I've had to rebuild it 4 times already, but each time it seems as if it’s OK for around a week then it gets reacquainted with its old issues again.

Last night was the most recent when my PC froze after I tried to send email using my Hotmail account.

Since the page froze I tried to navigating away from it and got the pop-up message posted below:

Dear Adams,

The most probable  case is your pc is spyware affected. Use some application like Spyware Doctor or some good antivirus and give your pc a full scan to solve the issues. If your problem still exists then you can format your pc and re-install windows and right after logging into your pc, install an antivirus and your pc will be fine.
