A PC power consumption utility tool available?

Good day to all of you!

I was shocked on my electric bill that my power consumption was totally increased. Now I have changed my lifestyle into simple. Decreasing power consumption by using small light bulbs with high shine quality and much more. But I want most was calibrating my computer for small power consumption. So experts, do you know PC Power Consumption Utitility that can make my desktop consume less power? Any help would be ok.

A PC power consumption utility tool available?

Dear Gary B Graham,

You can customize your consumption of electricity. Open desktop;s property, see under the screen saver tab, there is a button POWER. 

Click on this button and customize consumption settings.

On the other hand, there is a software in market which can make this task very easy.

You can set the power consumption as you want. This software will show you all the consumption of each device separately.
