PCHealth GPF Test utility error

My computer system is encountering an error repeatedly while running PCHealth GPF Test Utility.

Earlier this program used to work fine. But now as soon as I even try to start this program, it displays an error message and asks me to report this problem to Microsoft.

Could you please guide me as to what the problem is and how it can be resolved?

PCHealth GPF Test utility error

The program may be corrupt, and I am suspecting it might be due to an attack by a virus or an action that you performed that corrupted the program. And therefore to resolve the issue, you will need to do the following:

• Run the system restore utility and restore the system to a time before that error started occurring. That will remove any changes or errors that might have occurred that are causing the problem to occur.
• In case system restore does not fix the problem, you will need to remove the program completely by uninstalling it from the control panel, and then perform a clean installation. That will fix any bugs that might have developed in the application.
