Pdf download error after installation of nitro

After I have installed Nitro I can't download any PDF File from the internet, I get a message says "Nitropdf crashed".

Hi,

Nitro is not so much beneficial software for PDF. You should uninstall this software. You can use the Foxit PDF Reader software. I use this software and satisfied with its performance. By using this you can also read PDF files through your browser.

Pdf download error after installation of nitro

Do you have Norton Internet Security? If you are running an older version of Norton, the identity protection system will not allow Nitro to download PDF files.

You can test if this is the problem by disabling your Internet security and trying to download a trusted PDF. I suggest updating Norton to the newest available update. Then, uninstall and re-install Nirto. Hopefully this will solve your problem.
