PDF files- Acrobat reader stopped working
Hey Ariel chu!
If your Adobe Acrobat Reader is not opening PDF files then there is a possibility that some files, which are essential to open PDF files, are corrupted. It is also possible that the version of your Adobe Acrobat Reader is old.
What you need to do is to update your Adobe Acrobat Reader.
Open Adobe Acrobat Reader and click on Help on the upper toolbar. Select Check for Updates.
Secondly you have to repair your Adobe Acrobat Reader.
Click on start, open control panel and go to Add/ Remove Programs. From the list, select Adobe Acrobat Reader and click on Repair button in front of it.
Once done, you will be able to open PDF files from Adobe Acrobat Reader.
Thanks
