Pedal Power is it some technology that generates power automatically within the laptop?

Pedal Power charges laptops automatically?

The Massachusetts Institute of Technology Energy Initiative (MITEI) came along with the idea of keeping fit along with charging your laptop.

It generates a 12 Volt power while paddling the cycle. It converts the mechanical power into electrical power.
