‘This permission is inherited from the parent object’, this is the very message which always appears when I tried to click advanced from the Server Manager -Users – Exchange Advanced tab –Mailbox Rights – Users have Full Mailbox Access (scrolled down). The checkmark is in color gray background meaning I can’t change any. I need to uncheck that box but I merely don’t know of what the parent object is.

Hello there! One of the things, you can do on Active Directory is to control access on objects which are on the list, however outside of it, they may have separate active controls. It can be set that object itself only has an authorization to modify and change to the objects and sub objects or can assign a child to control for him. However, if the full command had been restricted to a certain group or users, that means the parent level has full authorization of it. It is being controlled under Active Directory User and Computers Tool, you can click on VIEW > Advanced Features > Click + right beside the domain > right click the object > Properties > Security > Advanced and Continue.
