I always wonder how others got to make their own themes on their mobile phones. Some even have their pictures as menu icons and cursor. Where do they do that? Can I also make one for myself?

Personalized Themes for Mobile Phones

Hi There Bertha,

Depending on your phone if they support personalized themes or not, some phones like iPhone would only accept these after jailbraking the phone.

Nevertheless, here are more website that you can easily customize a theme.
