I am starting a project with 50 members. I am going to form a team of 10 members each. I will allocate different tasks for all the 5 teams and I have defined milestones. Now the question running in my mind is which tool is suitable for managing my project? I have to select from the two options – PERT chart and Gantt chart. Anyone has any recommendations?
PERT chart or Gantt chart
Hello, I want to suggest you take “PERT” chart. It’s basically an interdependent task which has some parallel networks of independent tasks. It’s beneficial for your project because it’s totally dependent on the relation between different tasks where you can easily engage every group under your control by using this chart. It should be borne in mind that this process in interrelated. If one portion has damaged, you might be lost whole atmosphere. But, the light of hope is that you can enjoy to regulate all teams by sitting in a desk. Best of luck!
