Phone is connected to wifi but could not get through any pages

 I have an iphone 4s phone. I am connected to a wifi network and its signal is quite good, but I could not get through to any webpage. What seems to be problem with regards to this kind of situation?

Phone is connected to wifi but could not get through any pages

Hey Tuesday!

I bought my new Apple iPhone 4s a month ago, I was very happy when I bought my phone. After some days I connected my iPhone 4s to the Wifi, but I was disappointed when I saw that my iPhone is connected to the Wifi with excellent signals but is not able to browse on internet. No page was opening; I thought that it’s a fault in my phone so I thought to send it for warrant claim,

But before I send it for warranty claim, I discuss it with my friend who told me to follow these steps:

1. Open settings > General > Reset Network Settings

2. Restart your Phone

3. Go to Wifi and select network

4. Type the password for wifi

5. Connect to Wifi and browse.
