My phone screen turned off when I used to be a call, but now I don’t understand it has stopped doing it. Help me fix this issue.

Phone Screen Turned Off When I Used To Be A Call,

In Xiaomi phones screen turns off when Phone is near to the human ear. The turning off might be because of the Proximity Sensor and if it’s not working you need to follow the following steps

Go to Settings> go to About Phone> Find Kernel Version

Click on Kernel Version 4-5 times continuously

Click on Proximity Sensor

Click on the Calibration button

Click on the pass button

The reasons for this issue are not decipherable. Also, it’s not clear if it is hardware or a software problem. Follow the following procedures, and you can get positive results.

Go to Settings> Click on About Phone>Find Kernel Version> Click on Kernel Version 4-5 times continuously> Click on Proximity Sensor>Click on the Calibration button> Click on pass button.
