ACDSee Pro 2 is a fantastic photo organizer and editor. 

ACDSee will automatically see any photos on hard drive without any import. You are able to move photos into different folders and external drive by ACDSee. You are able to find duplicate images. You can search your hard drive and external drive for any duplicate images within ACDSee.

 

ACDSee allows lighting and contrast enhancement system to target a particular area of any image. You can create HDR- like images or bring out an undeveloped portion of an image. If you want to upgrade from iPhoto, ACDSee Pro2 has enough going for it.

FYI ACDsee Pro 2  works on raw-formatted images. New feature added are the batch workflows allowing to select multiple images and renaming them, resize, move etc.

You must try out to know more.
