Photo scanner found error to find file

Hello experts,

In the Epson Smart Panel, I found this error message "an unnamed file was not found".

This application goes along with the Epson Perfection 2400 Photo scanner.

Need to solve this error message.

Photo scanner found error to find file

Maybe there is a missing file in the scanner’s software that’s why it can not be accessed by the operation when you tried using the machine.

You can not verify if the file is really missing or not since it is not indicated in the error message. It is possible that there is a corrupted file in the installation of the scanner’s application.

Try uninstalling the scanner’s software and then install it back to fix any corrupted files in the installation. This will also restore its settings back to default. Try opening the application again after reinstalling it.

You may also try checking your computer for any possible errors. Use a disk utility application when checking the system. It is possible that there is a problem in the hard drive’s file system that creates a conflict with the process of the software.

For a much thorough diagnostics on the system, use a disk utility application like Norton Utilities or PC Tools Performance Toolkit.
