Photoshop Illustrator cannot open Distiller

Hello, I have acrobat professional and it has been activated. Illustrator is also installed but cannot open Distiller, returning the following error :

It shows Acrobat distiller cannot continue because Acrobat is not activated 

Click retry after activating Acrobat to continue 

Click cancel to quit Acrobat Distiller

Please help.

Photoshop Illustrator cannot open Distiller

Hi Imran,

Your error shows "Acrobat distiller cannot continue because Acrobat is not activated  Click retry after activating Acrobat to continue  Click cancel to quit Acrobat Distiller"

My suggestion is to uninstall your application then install it again but with all the files needed. Contact your administrative support for further help. Thanks,

Photoshop Illustrator cannot open Distiller

Try restarting the computer and then try again. If it still does not work, uninstall all Adobe applications you might have on your computer and then restart the machine.

Maybe there is one installation that went wrong and causes this problem to your software. After restarting the computer, install back all of the Adobe packages you have removed from your computer.

Install them one at a time and then reboot the computer after each installation so that you will have a fresh system before starting the next installation.

Doing multiple product installations, even if they are of the same brand, sometimes conflicts or affects the next installation and the result is that your next installation will be a problematic application.

If you’ll be having a multiple product installations, sometimes it is a good habit to restart the computer after the installation so the computer will have a fresh environment before starting the next one.
