Picklist Application error message while using Crystal Report.

Hi everyone, I use Crystal Report to display Data to the end users. I get the following error message while I choose the print option. Has anyone here has faced the same problem?

Any ideas about how do I solve this?

Hallo Azreil,

To resolve the issue, you will need to do the following.

  • First, you will need to ask your system administrator to turn on DEV errors. In order to do that successfully, you will need to do a modification of the web.config file that is located in the CRM directory on your computer. You will need to change the DEV ERROR from OFF to ON.
  • The error you are getting could also mean other problems, for instance an installation you might have performed on your computer could be causing the issues. You can therefore try using the following hotfix and see if it will help resolve the issues:  https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/912061
