How can I play playstation games on my laptop? using the Cd rom as my player.

Playstation on your computers and laptops

Hey Scott martin!

It is possible to play PlayStation games on PC or Laptop. All you need is just to install the emulator to play PS games on your PC or Laptop.

The question here is which Emulator I should choose.

There are many emulators on the internet for PlayStation but the emulator that i found the best emulator is PCSX2. You can play both PS 1 and PS 2 games on this emulator.

Playstation on your computers and laptops

There would be no problem if you wish to play Sony PlayStation games on your computer. There are many PlayStation emulators out there that can be freely downloaded. The best of these PlayStation emulators is the ePSXe which can be downloaded from ePSXe | ePSXe Downloads. The latest version available is ePSXe 1.7.0 and is the same version I am presently using on my computer.

When I visited their site, they announced that they are almost finished with version 1.8.0 and is already in the testing stage. If ever you decided to download and install this emulator, you will notice that it will look for a .dll file when you try opening it. I forgot the name of the file but when this happens, just download the missing .dll file from DLL-files.com. Most of the Sony PlayStation emulators I tried before were all have a missing .dll file.
