A) To fix this 0x8e5e03fb error, you will need to run DISM Restore Health by following these steps:-

1. Press on the Start menu and then type cmd in the search field.

2. Right-click on Command Prompt and then select the Run as administrator option.

3. Inside the Command Prompt type, this command and then press the Enter key: Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

4. After the command finished running. The error might get fixed.

B) To fix this 0x8e5e03fb error, you will need to set up net framework 3.5 by following these steps:-

1. Right-click the Start button and then select the Control Panel from the list.

2. Then go Programs > Programs and Features > Turn Windows features on or off.

3. Select and check the box next to .NET framework 3.5 to install pre-requisites and then press the OK key.
