Please help me with this Simple issue

Hi All ,

I have a 1.18 version of DSS, I tried to use 64bits kernel unit but volume manager won’t accept that unit. What I’m going to do with it? Please help. Thanks

Hello Vanquicoy,

I will suggest that you get another version, probably the most recent and up to date version and try it. If the 64 bit kernel unit is refusing then it means that it is not compatible with the current system specifications, therefore you will need to get a 32 bit kernel or 86 bit and try it and see if it works well.

Ensure that you view the system specifications keenly so that you get another DSS version that confers to those system specs and will not bring problems again.

Hello,

The problem is most likely with the DSS. Easy way to confirm is uninstall the DSS and check if you can access and customize the audio management. If you can then you have to get a different version of DSS. If you are planning on downloading then do not download from any random selectivity site then the ones that scan your system and chooses the right one for you. In this case you can avoid the trouble of incompatibility issue.
