There is an issue with the Google Play store on my Android device. I am getting a 505 Google play store error when I try to download apps. Restarting the device, turning on airplane mode on and off, switching internet network did not help. Please help me to solve the problem.

Please Help Me To Fix The 505 Google Play Store Error

Follow these methods in the given sequence to fix the 505 Google play store error. Go to the next method only if the previous method did not work. Connect with the internet.

Method 1

a. Open Settings on your phone.
b. Open Application Manager/ Apps.
c. Open Download Manager.
d. Clear Data.
e. Restart your device.
f. Try to install the app.

Method 2

a. Open Settings.

c. Open Google Play Store.

d. Click on Uninstall updates.
e. This will restore the app to the factory version.
