I am going to building up a new online business. It seems there are so many online job sites at the moment that I only need at least 2 recommendations. I would like to get it from anyone who could help. I’m okay with outsourcing.

Outsourcing is cost-effective. But am not sure which one is the best, it depends upon the skills of the professional. Look for their reviews and do series of interviews etc. The following jobs providers are the best in their own set of criteria. I listed 5 largest marketplaces online randomly. Do not interpret as by ranking.

This site specializes in IT field and preferred those candidates who have strong background in Engineering, Computer Science, and other technical disciplines. Once you subscribe to them, resumes of qualified candidates will be sent to you for your assessment.

Another good place to get skilled technical people is www.odesk.com. It is a free site where you can post jobs and job seeker will apply to you.

This freelancing site is formerly called oDesk, founded by Odysseas Tsatalos and Stratis Karamanlakis in 2003. Later, oDesk and Elance merged which they announced in December 18, 2013 creating Elance-oDesk.

After 18 months, Elance-oDesk was rebranded and in 2015, Upwork was born. After launching Upwork, the oDesk platform was upgraded and rebranded and they announced that the Elance platform would be phased out within a couple of years. Another great site to look for possible freelancers is Freelancer. Another site to look for possible leads is LinkedIn.
