Is the plextor toolbox download working right?

I tried the plextor toolbox download, but I am not sure if it is working as it should be.  I tried updating it to the higher version but it just keeps on going back to the update button. The plextool just shows the space that is available but it doesn’t show the health and the speed.  I have the M2P which is the 1.08 firmware. Am I on the right track?

Is the plextor toolbox download working right?

You should try the firmware not the toolbox, the toolbox is pretty useless and doesn't support some features as it is very limited.

To use the firmware just follow these steps:

1)  Download.

2)  Burn on CD.

3)  Boot from the CD.

4)  Change the SATA settings from ACHI to IDE.

5)  Update the firmware and change the SATA settings back.
