Plugin needed for an interactive website

I am creating a website where I would like visitors to rate different aspects of any places that I put in the list, and place their comments and feedback about that place. I am now looking for a plug-in that would allow me to do so. Pls can an expert tell me which plugin will be best suited to my needs? Are there any options available? Let me know so I can decide upon the best. Thanks

Plugin needed for an interactive website

Hi Azreil,
There are several plugins available for the creation of interactive website.
A) Subscribe2Plugin
1) Download the plugin from Subscribe2 official website
2) It helps the user to send emails and attachments for the user
3) It deletes registered users and subscribers in bulk
4) User can leave their feedback and rate their views for the website

B) nRelate Plugin
1) Download the plugin from the nRelate Official website
2) Unzip the folder and install in the system
3) User can automatically display the feedback for each post
4) You can use the option to create own application
