Portable bpmn modeler crashes after installation

I just installed Bizagi portable bpmn modeler v 2.4 but keeps on crashing upon start-up.  The specs of my pc are: Core i7 2.6 GHz, 4 GB RAM, OS XP 32 bit sp1.  What could be the problem?

Portable bpmn modeler crashes after installation

Hello Tibby Joehaz,

Your system requirements are matched with the requirements to install the software you mentioned, but still I want you to confirm whether or not Microsoft .NET Framework 4 has been installed as well. One more thing that is of concern for me is the OS, as Bizagi 2.4 supports Windows XP SP3.
