Portable Modem with Sim Card Reader Capability

I bought a Dekart  SIM card reader that I thought was also GSM modem but was wrong. Does anybody know where I could get a portable modem with sim reader as added feature? I have tried searching over the net, and into online stores like RadioShack, Bestbuy and others but they don’t seem to carry it. Thanks in advance for your help extended.
