Hi,
I understand that the Windows Mail feature is not included in Windows 7 Professional.
Is there any possibility to add this as an extra feature to my computer?

Possibility of adding Windows mail feature on Windows 7 professional
Hi,
You are right. The Windows Live Mail feature is not included in Windows 7 Professional, or any other versions of Windows 7 OS. It is possible, however, to install this feature to the PC. Just follow the steps that I have included below:
1. Open the following link: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/18614/windows-essentials. This should take you to the Windows Live Essentials page.
2. There should be a “Download Now” button under a “Get Windows Live Essentials” banner. Press it and download the Windows Live Essential client.
3. Open it, and wait for it to complete loading. After that, a page that says “What do you want to install?” should come up. Press “Choose the programs you want to install”.
4. Check any program you want to install (includes Windows Live Mail, Messenger, Writer, Silverlight and more), and press install.
5. After the download and installation is complete, Windows Live Mail should be added to your programs.
That’s it!

I GOT IT ALREADY AND IT REALLY WORKS, thank your for your opinion guys it really helped me a lot though. I thought their compatibility was not really good before I download it because it really fails but I tried reinstalling it again and now I can used it already.
Good God that techyv have you guys lol.
I've asked many sites about this and your steps were really the ones that are effective.

At last I already have downloaded it! its kind a new though lol but I'll try to figure it out now.

I thought I can't download it anymore because of too many errors I've been receiving before but it seems that your steps work out very smoothly!
