Power DVD Ultra 7 and Ultra 8 issue

I have made sure that I have the most recent versions of both the power dvd ultra 7 and ultra 8.I run them under windows 7 32-bit which is the most recent as well.When I go to the Cyberlink windows 7 compatibility check the result is fine with windows 8 but it does tell me that windows 7 needs an upgrade and there appears an action of the words “coming soon”.i have tried many different disc from episode one to about  four  in both players without any good outcome.When trying again, I receive a prompt saying that my blu-ray needs to be updated. While checking on their website they say that they are all up to date.I really need your help because this is going to be a great hindrance to my big shows!!

Your question is a bit confusing. Are you using windows 7 operating system, or are you using windows 8? Because in the question you are saying that windows 7 says it needs an upgrade to windows 8. Do you mean ultra 7 needs an upgrade to ultra 8 or what?

I would suggest that if you are running windows 7 operating system, then you use ultra 7, and also make sure that the ultra 7 version you downloaded in 32 bit also since you have said that your windows version is a 32 bit operating system. But if you are using windows 8 then you should try ultra 8. But the most important step will be for you to specify the specifications of the system when downloading the ultra application for you to get the right one.
