Power outbreak during uninstallation, PC won’t boot up???

I was uninstalling Android Studio from my desktop PC last night. Suddenly, the power went out. Today morning, I tried to start my PC but it isn't booting at any cost. I have checked everything including the power supply cord, cables, etc. However, I can get to the safe mode screen but my PC still doesn't boot in safe mode. I really need help. What to do now?

Power outbreak during uninstallation, PC won’t boot up???

To try fix you boot up error, insert the Windows CD to the drive> press the power button> when the machine boots select the repair windows option. Follow the steps and procedures you will be taken through to repair your system. If that won't work, you might need to re install your operating system once again.
