Power Term only shows a white screen

I downloaded and installed the free version of Power Term 5250 Terminal Emulator with SFTP to have a single access solution.  The program just shows a white screen when launched.  Could this be a compatibility issue?  I'm on a Windows 7 64 bit system.  Thanks in advance.

Hello,

Hope you are doing great, nope , it is not compatible issue power term works on win 7 so this exhibition may be happened because of source software needed some tools like VB or problem at Vega card by the way review this technical specification for power term here

Power Term only shows a white screen

Hi Doriswneil,

It cannot be avoided that errors can happen using Windows 7 since there were failed connections reported using Windows 8 so how much more with using Windows 7. Power Term supports all kinds of Windows. Try to add 'everyone' to the security Access Control List for registry key and then install the agent. Your problem could have something to do with security issues.
