Hi guys,

I received a message indicating serious error of my Microsoft PowerPoint 2010.
 
Microsoft Office 2010 is running on my Windows 7 ultimate. I clicked on Yes several times but no result.
 
It is frequently throwing the message.
 
What should I do? If you have any idea regarding the issue, please help.

PowerPoint qualified a serious problem with 'articulate presenter ribbon' add-in. You should disable this add-in. Then check to see if an update is available. If you want to disable this add-in, then PowerPoint may attempt to disable add-ins, such as Articulate Presenter.
 
After that experience, a crash or else closes unexpectedly.Ensure that your presentations, audio/video, quizzes, and interactions resources are located on your local hard drive. Sometimes working on a USB drive or Network drive can cause unpredictable behavior.

Now reinstall Articulate Studio '09. 
 
If you use Windows XP, then Go to Start, then Control Panel, then Add or Remove Programs, and then uninstall Articulate Studio '09.

Now restart your computer.
 
Now reinstall Microsoft Office from your installation disc or executable file.
 
Now reinstall Articulate Studio '09.
 
If you use Windows 2000, then Go to Start, then Settings, then Control Panel, then Add or Remove Programs, and uninstall Articulate Studio '09.
 
Same as in the Add or Remove Programs window, uninstall Microsoft Office.
 
Now restart your computer.
 
Now reinstall Microsoft Office using your installation disc or executable file.
 
Now reinstall Articulate Studio '09.
