Predixion Insight Thin client model viewer log in error

Hi guys,

The problem is with my Predixion Insight Thin client model viewer. I tried to logon but refused receiving the error message as under. I tried several times but no result. What should I do?

 

If you have any idea for the issue,

please help.

Predixion Insight Thin client model viewer log in error

Hi,

This situation can happen when a previous user keeps their password in the Predixion Insight Thin client model viewer. As soon as you enter the thin client viewer in this situation we attempt to log on as the earlier user that saved password. These not pass for the reason that user can not enter your models. To resolution this problem, attach this parameter “& AuthDialog=1 to the URL” to the URL. This will oblige the dialog to be invoked by thin client log on verification.
