Preferably used and easily modified one among the two types of CSS

Its easy to use the PSD Slicing technique. You just have to do the naming and changing the image that you are using. It is pretty easy to change the design because you just have to edit the image and then you will not have anymore problem inserting it again to the website. Just simply reload the whole page after you save the edited image with the same file name and there you go. The CSS will then be use to other function like changing text or how to maneuver around the website.

If you have no idea on how to use this technique, search the internet for more details to use the PSD to website.
