Hello TechyV buddies!
I think I have encountered bug error report on my printing service. I'm using XenApp Fundamentals 6, which is installed on my windows 2008 R2 Server, SP1. I also have Citrix Hotfix Rollup pack 1 installed. I use Citrix Universal Print Driver because I don’t have any print drivers installed in this server. I often receive an error message when a certain user tries to connect. Here is the error message:
Â
The print spooler failed to load a plug-in module C:Windowssystem32spoolDRIVERSx643Cpupdui.dll, error code 0xc1. See the event user data for context information.

Â

And an event log pops out with this error:
Â

I would like to know what could have caused this even if the user does not report any problem in printing the document. Can you tell me any solution to this issue? Any effort will be greatly appreciated.

Thank you!
Print service error 808 followed by a 372 error
Hi there Jhonny,
Thanks for asking.
By the way, I think this is from a TIMING problem.Â
If this error appears not only when you are printing, it's really a timing problem.
I need you to try this first, turn on your printer, and then you restart your computer. So while your printer is in progress of turning on, you are doing your restart.
See if the error still appears.
I hope this process will help.
