Though your question doesn’t have enough details, I suspect that it is a compatibility issue. Before you install and use a program, it is important that you check if your computer meets all the requirements. The only problem here is that you did not mention what version you are using.

Anyway, in case you are using the Classic Symphony Nitris 5, this version only works with x64 Microsoft Windows Vista Business edition. Your physical RAM should be around 6 GB and the video card should have 1.5 GB video RAM. Your Windows Media Player should also be updated to version 11 in case you are using an earlier version.

Since the information is very incomplete, try checking the documents that come with your package for the application’s system requirements. In case there is nothing wrong, uninstall the program, update Windows and then restart your computer. Install the program back then see if it works.
