Problem configuring nx client mobile in Windows 8 operating system

Our company used nx client mobile in connecting the servers of computers with different operating systems, but in Windows 8 an error occurred says authentication failed. I tried to reinstall it but still it’s no use. Does the problem's source was the operating system?

Problem configuring nx client mobile in Windows 8 operating system

Hello,

The NX Client might be configured to only allow connection of specific end users. To resolve that issue, you will need to do the following:

• Add the NX client as an allowed user in the SSH.
• After that try configuring the NX client again.

The installer should work correctly and connect with the default settings.
