Hello techyv.com!

Facing a problem please help .

I have smart link modem sm 4100 and i m trying to configure my modem, can anybody know what is by default login credentials for modem.

i had rest the modem but can't fix it.

Hi Aabel Maverick,

You just follow the directions on the previous comment on resetting your modem. Regarding your default login credentials for modem it is usually indicated on the sticker at the back or bottom to your modem. If you can't find it you can also use the default username and password pictured below.

Problem in configuring smart link modem sm 4100

 

It is very easy to configure the modem there is a reset button mostly on the back of modem that you can press with a sharp thing like a needle to reset your modem. All of your configurations will be back to default. Login to your device and type 192.168.1.1 in a browser window and enter the user name and password. If you have a plug & play device then there will be no drivers for such device in this case just follows the reset procedure to configure your device.
