Problem connecting Gmail on iPad

I have an error message on my iPad while trying to connect to Gmail. I have one concept on my iPad and whenever I attempt to connect to Gmail I receive a message reading: “Problem online 69 Range 8.” Please recommend how can I access my E-mail.

Problem connecting Gmail on iPad

Your problem may have created from using more than one device to check the same POP email account which enables a lock-out issue. You need to configure mail applications on an iPad to access to Gmail. For this follow these steps:

• Enable IMAP in Gmail settings.
• From settings app, Tap mail, contacts,calendar, add account and Gmail.
• Include [email protected] after confirming full Gmail address and then enter account information there.
• Then Next > Save

Your problem should be solved. But if not then do this:

• Create another gmail account and also pop mail account.
• Put/ enter pop.gmail.com, your full email address + password for incoming mails.
• Put/ enter smtp.gmail.com, your full email address + password for incoming mails.
