I have a problem with my Sony Digital camera. It is a Cybershot WX-7. Well, the problem is it doesn't allow me upload videos from the camera to the computer.
The actual problem is that pictures get loaded but only videos have a glitch. I have a Macbook which is from Apple and it my comp is also in such a way that I cannot insert the SD card. Please let me know if I have to buy something or is it that the CD that came with the device has to be used.
Please help me sort this problem.

I've mentioned this before on YA, but I had the same problem as you when uploading video. Picasa fixed it.

You should use the CD. Using the software that came with the hardware is a sure option since said wares are designed to be complimentary. Afterwards, if you still encounter difficulty in uploading videos, try using other softwares like picasa, imageshack, ACDsee, Photobucket and so many more. It is just finding the right software to do the job. One last thing, follow the instructions in the "read-me-text file." It always helps.

I think you will be able to find the solution to this problem with the digital camera’s software that came with it and with the USB cable the device uses to transfer contents on to your computer. You should check first if the device’s software is perfectly compatible with your Mac operating system. Sometimes, this is where the problem starts.
I’m sure your device also comes with its manual to guide you on how to properly operate the device. Check the manual for the camera software’s system specifications. This will determine if the software is compatible with your operating system or not. If this information is not available in the manual, you may visit Sony’s official website. Or you may also try visiting Sony Cybershot DSC-WX7 Digital Camera.
