Problem with default tool – search engine needed to be removed

Hello,

There has been search engine issue with my google chrome browser. My google chrome browser is currently equipped with searchu search engine in default startup and I need it to be removed from my default page. Kindly someone help me with the problem and help solving it.

Problem with default tool – search engine needed to be removed

Hello! To solve this problem, follow the given steps below:

• Go to "settings"   
• On the left panel select "basics" and look for "search".
• There should be a drop-down box located under it.
• Click the drop-down box and select which search engine you want google chrome to use.
• If you want to further manage your search engine (e.g. add, edit, delete, etc); just click on "manage search engines" button.
• You can also change your homepage back to google.com or any website you want through settings.

Additional information: If you want to make searching faster you can go back to "settings" then put a check on "enable instant for faster searching". With this turned on, chrome will instantly show search results when you type queries in the search box.
